A scrambled library consists of all alternative sequences of a given peptide, which means that all amino acid residues of the initial sequence are mixed to form all possible combinations of amino acids.

Library Design
- Our scrambled library is constructed based on the internal substitution of the amino acid sequence of an original peptide
- The number of each amino acid (e.g. 2 arginines) in the peptide is the same, but its position with the rest of the amino acids is random
- We can deliver a maximum of 1,000 permutations of your original sequence
- Our expert teams can also provide additional services of designing larger sets of library of all3-mer or 4-mer peptides containing every possible combination and permutaion of amino acid
