Scrambled Library

A scrambled library consists of all alternative sequences of a given peptide, which means that all amino acid residues of the initial sequence are mixed to form all possible combinations of amino acids.

BOC Sciences uses the perturbation library to identify peptides with specific functions or activities in a set of active sequences.
