Ugi four-component reaction (U-4CR) are widely considered to be very effective for the synthesis of pseudopeptides. The biological activity of any given molecule essentially depends on the 3D shape of its protein-protein interaction (PPI) library, and the molecular shape diversity of a small molecule library is the overall functional diversity.
