Micro-scale Peptide library

The initial stage of new peptide drug development is mainly the discovery and structure optimization process of drug lead compounds. In this process, medicinal chemists do not require a large amount of target peptides, but have a high demand for their sequence structural diversity. Therefore, it is of great importance to rapidly construct micro-scale peptide library containing a large number of structurally diverse members for the corresponding medicinal chemistry studies. Unlike conventional peptide libraries that provide milligram-level peptides, micro-peptide libraries contain peptides at micromolar scales, and are more suitable for preliminary screening for targeted proteomics, target screening and antigenic epitopes applications.
