Antigen Discovery Pools

There is an increasing demand for peptide tools in experimental and clinical immunology, especially for personalized immunotherapy. Clinical-grade peptides play important role in the development of (new) epitope based vaccines and immunotherapies. However, a large number of specifications available on the market today make it difficult to select the best peptide format for a specific application. Antigen discovery pools are optimal choices for broad antigen target discovery, T-cell epitope discovery and biological screening. In addition, it can also be used for neo-epitope based immune monitoring. BOC Sciences antigen discovery pool consists of overlapping and pooled peptides synthesized by our proprietary ultra-high throughput technology. The peptides are typically synthesized in small quantities, fully automated and purified by dialysis.
